Begin kneeling on deck with toes pointed straight. Move on leg forward until the knee of the forward leg is directly over the ankle of the forward foot.
Without changing position of either leg, lower front of hip downward until a stretch is felt on the front of the back leg. Then perform stretch on the other side.note-placing front leg slightly to the side will also stretch leg adductors
