Hip stretch

Begin by lying on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the deck. Cross one leg so that the ankle is resting on the knee of the other leg. Slowly lift the on leg off the floor and move it towards the chest. The stretch should be felt on in the hip of the crossed leg.

Note: may also be performed seated using arms to pull legs, as one unit, toward the body
