NECK-In a standing position, clasp hands behind back, with left hand grasping right wrist. Bend head to the left, bringing left ear toward the left shoulder, while slowly pulling down on right arm with the left hand for added stretch(do not shrug shoulder up to ear)
Stretch should be felt on the right side of the neck and shoulders. Perform the stretch on the left side by grasping the left wrist with the right hand. Bring the right ear toward the right shoulder while pulling down on the left arm with the right hand. Return to an upright position and flex head forward and down using either hand to hold the stretch. Return head to an upright position.
